We turn-key NPDES permitting so a site can discharge legally.

Before a construction site can discharge groundwater to the storm drain, an NPDES permit must be obtained from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board. The application can take 6–12 weeks depending on location, and discharging without a permit carries penalties up to $25,000 per day. We turn-key the whole application: sampling and lab testing (including Hydropunch to reach groundwater), the permit application, treatment system design, and the discharge monitoring and reporting the Regional Board requires.
