Our story

Over 25 years on the ground.

A contractor shouldn't have to chain together a pump vendor, a tank vendor, a carbon supplier, an engineer, and a permitting consultant just to get dirty water off a jobsite legally. Pure Effect does all of it, out of Fullerton, California.

For over 25 years we've been designing and installing treatment systems for construction sites, industrial facilities, and environmental cleanups. That experience — paired with a large in-house inventory — is what lets us assure a project is handled right the first time, on schedule and in compliance.

Beyond supplying the equipment, we offer turnkey onsite services and project management: sampling and lab testing, system design and build, operation, and the carbon change-outs that keep it running for the life of the job.

What makes us different

One company for the whole treatment problem.

Most projects need equipment, engineering, and paperwork from three different places. We keep all of it in-house — which is why the system is ready when you are, and why the discharge stays legal.

In-house manufacturing

Our own tank fabrication and welding means we build the system to the job — for lease or purchase — and ship equipment worldwide. Vessels, tanks, and skids come out of our shop, not a third-party queue.

A large in-stock rental fleet

Holding tanks, pumps, bag and sand filters, liquid- and vapor-phase vessels, flow meters and frac tanks — in stock. Maintaining such a large inventory lets us implement each project-specific system in the most timely, cost-effective way possible.

Turnkey onsite project management

Engineering design, system build, operation, and carbon change-outs — managed onsite by our team, not handed off. One point of contact from the plumbing to the discharge point.

NPDES & permitting fluency

We turn-key NPDES and industrial sewer-discharge permitting — sampling and lab testing, the application, treatment design, and discharge monitoring and reporting to the Regional Board — to reduce your risk of delays and penalties.

PFAS, uranium & arsenic capability

Beyond standard groundwater and stormwater work, we design and rent systems for PFAS and for uranium, arsenic, and boron removal — including potable-water designs for community wells.

A national partner network

We've partnered with companies across the United States so we can offer one solution to all of your environmental needs — and manufacture equipment for lease or purchase anywhere in the world.
